You can also use turmeric to brighten your smile.
Yes, you read that right. It may seem counterintuitive, but this popular spice has helped people whiten their teeth.
To try this out, brush your teeth for 2 minutes with toothpaste. Next, dish out a small amount of turmeric powder and brush it on your teeth with a little bit of water. Let the turmeric sit on your teeth for 5 to 10 minutes before brushing your teeth with toothpaste again.
Keep in mind that turmeric stains, so we suggest using a different toothbrush for that part. Be careful not to stain your clothes or nearby items as well.
