<p style="text-align: justify;"A magnesium is very important to keep the body healthy. You should start the day with a diet rich in magnesium. Magnesium helps to maintain healthy nerves, muscles, immune system and strengthen bones. Magnesium is one such nutrient that controls blood sugar and also helps in controlling blood pressure. Heart and diabetes patients must include magnesium in their diet. If there is a deficiency of magnesium in the body, then it causes fatigue, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, sleeplessness, muscle problems. Magnesium Rich Breakfast Recipes
1- Jowar roti- You can eat jowar roti in breakfast. Jowar roti is gluten free and rich in magnesium. Fiber is found in plenty in it. Take 1 cup of jowar flour and knead it by adding a little salt to it. Now make roti from the dough by rotating it with the help of palm. You can eat this roti with curd, butter or vegetables.
2- Almond Butter Toast- If you want to eat some toast style breakfast then you can make butter toast with almond butter. can eat. It’s easy to make. For this, take 2 slices of wholegrain bread and apply almond butter on it. On this, cut pieces of banana and keep them. Add some honey for sweetness and eat. This will give you plenty of magnesium.
3- Banana Pan Cake- You can also eat Banana Oats Pancake in breakfast. For this you will need milk, egg, rolled oats, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon and banana pieces and olive oil. First make the oats like a powder, then add milk, banana, egg, vanilla extract, baking powder, cinnamon powder, salt and mix it well. Now apply oil on a non stick pan and spread the batter in a round shape. Cook it till it turns brown from both the sides. Serve hot by pouring honey over it. 
4- Moong, Beans Sprouts- If you like to eat salad, then you can eat Tasty Sprouts Salad of Moong Bean for breakfast in the morning. It is rich in magnesium and fiber. To make it, moong sprouts, finely chopped onions, finely chopped tomatoes and green chillies, chaat masala, lemon juice, salt and chopped coriander are needed. Wash the sprouted lentils, drain the water and bring it to a boil. Now mix all the spices and vegetables in it and add salt and lemon juice. Tasty Sprouts Salad is ready.
